Your next event or celebration will be a “Sweet Success” with Mountain View Chocolate Shoppe's Cascading Chocolate Fountain!!
Our resident Chocolatier will Hostess your sweets event while you enjoy your guests! Choose Ivory, Milk or Dark Belgian chocolate to flow from the fountain. Once the chocolate is properly tempered(melted), the dipping begins. Guests choose from a special selection of fruits(in season) and bite-sized pastries that you pre-select. After the goodies are covered in chocolate, they are decorated with nuts, chocolate tidbits and chocolate designs. How is this different from a traditional sweets table? First, the Chocolate Fountain will certainly capture the attention of your guests and will be in awe of your excellent taste of entertainment! The chocolate covered desserts your guests will be enjoying are guaranteed to be fresh, made just moments before you eat them. Thirdly, the process of dipping and decorating becomes part of the entertainment. Both young and old enjoy watching the confections being created. The visual element cannot be matched via a simple, preset sweets table.
No. In addition to being a reputable chocolatier, Pam, your hostess, creates an array of unique Desserts, cakes and cookies. For a nominal, additional fee she will create gourmet baked goods to complement your themed event. Among the selections: Florentines, Australian Caramel Crescents, Toffee Triangles, Frozen Lemon Meringue, White Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake, Caramel Fudge Cheesecake, Tiramisu Squares, Custard Fruit Tarts, Biscotti and more.
We use only the finest, freshest quality ingredients and almost everything is created from scratch in our own kitchen, or in front of you at the event. Pam's chocolate is a delicious blend imported from Belgium.
Absolutely !!! Pam creates unique chocolate sculptures for weddings and other events. She can also use your corporate logo to customize your event. One of the advantages of Pam's approach is that every event is unique the theme of the event, the items to be dipped, the flavors of chocolate can all be selected by you.
Base fee of $355 includes: the Fountain, Chocolate, & the Hostess' attention for 4 hours at your event. Napkins & dessert plates are pro- vided to complement your event décor. Fruits & Sweets are provided at $3.50 to $11.50 per person , according to the selections chosen. Special desserts ordered are priced separately. Deposit (non refundable) of $100 is required to secure the date of your event & is applied to the Base fee.
